I made the inductor from some stripped house wire and a 1 pole 12 position switch. The reverse switch is just a regular 2 pole 2 position (DPDT) switch from the junk box. Very cheap and fun project! Enjoy!!

2 WAY L MATCH ANTENNA TUNER
Built this L match the other day and it worked out nicely. I used a 2 pole 6 position switch to add in Capacitance in 200 Pf increments. For the Variable Capacitor, I used a 200 Pf and it worked out fine.
